PREVINLUV
Devon/TPC first got the idea for the channel after a Friend of his DM'd him a video realted to the "PMC" (Physical Media Community) /Userverse where he became obsessed with documenting their culture and ways with a professional high quality perspective,as other User documentaries were often done by PMC members themselves, often leading to low quality and nearly unwatchable dribble. However due to being a beacon of Normality in the PMC he quickly became the "King of the Users" where they worshipped him like a God and demanded he make call out videos on their current villain of the weak. Being forced to be the Judge Jury and Executioner of the PMC quickly became tiring for the Citizen and as such he promptly privated all known Userverse videos he had previously created, with the final nail coming in his joking approval of Infamous User Dan Sobel, leading to the PMC seeing Devon as a villain in his own right. Currently he seeks to continue his trend of high quality content but for less... Autistic figures on the internet to the Mystery of Roy Jay, The rise and fall of [[Encyclopedia dramatica]], The tragic true story of the Burger King Crown guy Ryan Brewer, and the Alogging Phenomenon.
Pre-PMC exile he had begun to work with Vinluv, originally collaborating on the "Andy Ditch vs the PMC" compare and contrast video and the aforementioned Alogging video, eventually leading to their joint BKCG and Roy Jay vids, which are currently the two highest viewed videos on his Channel. https://youtube.com/@theperfectcitizen?si=SZvb07eqXM945wiw
